1. A written statement of your current circumstances so we can completely assess your financial condition. Be sure to include your current employment status.

2. The following financial documents. (These will help us explore options with you.)
  • A monthly budget of your household income and expenses;
  • A copy of your payroll statements for the last 2 months;
  • Bank account statements for the last 2 months; and
  • A current “Financial Statement” for all borrowers. Download form.

Please note that in many cases, Umpqua Bank is servicing your home loan on behalf of another company that owns your loan.  In those situations, the options available to you will be determined by that company.

    2. You can contact a HUD-certified housing counseling agency by calling this toll-free number: 1-800-569-4287 or via TDD assistance at 1-800-877-8339.

    3. http://www.knowyouroptions.com is a resource provided by Fannie Mae.
