Donna is a highly qualified private client group manager with years of experience as both a nationally recognized client relationship manager and co-founder and manager of a large regional bank’s Private Banking group.
During her 34 years in the financial services industry, she has developed extensive expertise in wealth management solutions, including estate planning, complex credit issues, banking services and customized investment services. Her focus has always been and continues to be the client.
Donna attended the University of Oregon and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
As a fourth generation Oregonian, Donna is passionate about her community and is dedicated to giving back. She has most recently served as Board Chair of Portland Center Stage and has held board positions with YWCA, BodyVox and NW Business for Culture and the Arts.
In her free time Donna enjoys travelling with her husband, golfing and riding motorcycles.

Ted is a highly qualified client relationship manager who focuses on his client’s entire financial picture. He has garnered more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry while serving in roles ranging from private banking relationship manger to regional sales director. In addition to working with individuals, Ted has experience working with business banking solutions which include treasury management and merchant services.
Ted specializes in insurance and investment services and maintains a Life Insurance License in the state of Oregon. In 2004, Ted completed his graduate studies at Marylhurst University where he received an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness. Additionally, he holds an undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems.
Ted’s passion for giving back to the community has resulted in serving on numerous boards and committees, and he currently serves on the board of directors of Cascade AIDS Project. Ted is also participating in Portland Business Alliance’s Leadership Portland program and will graduate in 2010.
Ted makes his home in Southwest Portland and enjoys spending time with his family and travelling the Pacific Northwest.

Jennifer attended the University of Utah and graduated from Cannon Trust School, where she obtained her Certified Trust Financial Advisor accreditation. She also maintains a NASD series 7 and 66 and holds life and health insurance licenses for Oregon.
Part of Jennifer’s community outreach is working with charitable organizations on planned giving strategies to increase their donor base and endowments. She is currently active with Stand for Children, Gresham Center for the Arts and Mt. Hood Repertory Theatre.

With over 35 years in banking, Susan Quattrocchi brings diverse experience in sales, customer service, and bank operations. She has held positions in retail branch management, training and business analysis and was a financial advisor and wealth planner for several years. For the last two years as an Umpqua Private Bank executive, Susan has worked extensively with law firms, CPA firms, other professional and nonprofit groups as well as individuals and their families, bringing them a full range of banking and wealth management services.
In addition to her expertise, Susan has completed bank specialty coursework through Portland State University, Northwest Intermediate Banking School at Lewis and Clark College and Western School of Lending.
Susan is a longtime member of the Portland community, and remains active with organizations such as the Portland Business Alliance, the Economic Roundtable and Portland Youth Philharmonic. In her free time, Susan pursues her passions for skiing, reading and exercising.

An accomplished relationship manager, he has expertise in complex credit issues, investment management, estate & financial planning and banking services. Courtney is focused on high touch customer service, client outreach, presentations and management reporting. She partners with the relationship managers to coordinate and deliver the optimal package of financing and investing solutions offered by Umpqua Private Bank and its partners.
Courtney earned a BA in Environmental Studies from Vassar College and maintains her interest in sustainable business by serving as leader of the Internal Education and Events committee on the umpqua.sustainability team. She is working to further the Bank’s commitment to responsible and environmentally sound business practices.
As a Portland native, she is committed to serving the Northwest community and is on the board of Levé, a nonprofit formed to provide immediate and sustainable support for local organizations thus building upon their capacity to act on their missions to better the Pacific Northwest community. Beneficiaries include p:ear, Mercy Corps, YWCA Yolanda House, Friends of the Children-Portland, Schoolhouse Supplies and Growing Gardens.
Courtney lives in NE Portland and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and remaining active by playing tennis, soccer, kickball, running and skiing.
