1. Login to umpqua.online banking and select OTHER SERVICES from the main navigation menu. Under Additional Services, select Enroll & Manage Mobile Banking.
2. Click the Add New Phone button to register your iPhone for mobile banking.
3. Enter your mobile phone number in the field that appears and click Continue. Be sure to have your mobile phone with you.
4. Select the mobile banking platform(s) for your phone and click the Continue button. For iPhones, we recommend selecting Downloadable Application and Text Messaging. Please note that iPads and iPod touches can run the mobile banking app, but these devices do not have text messaging (SMS) capability.
5. You will receive a text message on your phone with an activation code, which you will need to continue the registration process.
6. On the online banking screen, enter the activation code that was sent to your phone via text message. Click Activate.
7. You will receive another text message with a link to the Umpqua Bank Mobile Banking app at the iTunes App Store.
8. On your phone, click the download link to retrieve and install the mobile banking app. Follow the instructions to begin your mobile banking experience. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must change your online banking security questions in order to use mobile banking for iPhone.
