Step 1

1. Login to umpqua.online banking and select OTHER SERVICES from the main navigation menu. Under Additional Services, select Enroll & Manage Mobile Banking.

2. Click the Add New Phone button to register your phone for mobile banking.

3. Enter your mobile phone number in the field that appears and click Continue. Be sure to have your mobile phone with you.

4. Select the mobile banking platform(s) for your phone and click the Continue button. If your phone has text messaging capability only, select Text Messaging. If your phone can also access the Internet, we recommend selecting Mobile Internet and Text Messaging. (Why both?)

Step 8

5. You will receive a text message on your phone with an activation code, which you will need to continue the registration process. On the online banking screen, enter the activation code that was sent to your phone via text message. Click Activate. You're ready to begin using mobile banking! IMPORTANT NOTE: If you selected the Mobile Internet option, you must change your online banking security questions in order to access mobile banking via the Internet.
