You know that a friendly associate is there for you in your local store. We post financial tips, local happenings and fun facts to spark a conversation – like when it was National Pancake Day and we asked for your favorite local breakfast spots. And just like our stores, it’s a space you can make your own. If you have a question and we can’t answer it on social media, we’ll get it to your local store to follow up over the phone or email. Good communication works both ways, and we know that just keeping the lines open isn’t enough to be a good community partner and offer great customer service.
Speaking of keeping a line open: If you have a question or comment and want to take it right to the top, every store has a phone with a direct line to CEO Ray Davis’ office. Next time you’re in the store, pick up the phone and tell him what you think we’re doing right, what you think we can do better, or ask him anything you’d like.
