Starting Tuesday morning, we’re excited to introduce our more local, more engaging Umpquabank.com homepage.
You might have caught a peek at the page earlier this summer when we offered a chance to preview our beta version. One of the greatest things about our customers is how engaged and insightful they are – and this was no exception. We took your feedback and worked it into the page, which you can switch to now or wait until August 31, when the new version goes live for all customers.
Besides showcasing events in your neighborhood and conversations happening over social media, one big change is that your online banking login is now on the homepage itself, saving you a click. After August 31 the current online banking page will redirect you to the homepage, so be sure to update your bookmarks or create a new one.
If you didn’t get a chance to preview the page earlier this summer, here’s what to expect:
• Local events. Based on where you live, we’ll let you know what events are happening in your neighborhood and what store is nearest you.
• Volunteerism tracker. Every full-time Umpqua associate gets 40 paid hours to volunteer in their communities. Track our progress and see how your neighborhood store Associates are giving back!
• Share your social. Our “Today in the Community” highlights conversations and interesting tidbits from our Twitter and Facebook feeds and our Umpqua Notes and Learn to Earn blogs. Post away so we can share your ideas/thoughts with fellow Umpquarians.
• Log in right here. As mentioned, your online banking login is now available directly on the homepage, saving you a click (remember to update your bookmark if you have one).
We look forward to the new conversations and interactions our homepage will bring!
