We’re improving Online Banking security. Previously, you signed in to Online Banking using your Login ID and Password. From now on, you'll also use extra authentication. Your personalized authentication helps you know for sure that you are at Umpqua Bank’s online banking site.
If you’ve already enrolled in our enhanced authentication program, you’ll see your personalized security information on the next page. If you recognize your authentication, you'll know you can safely enter your Password. If you don't recognize it, don't enter your Password.
