Lisa Ellard

To use a baseball analogy, Lisa is the equivalent of a utility infielder on a World Series team. Arguably the most valuable team member, a utility player is someone who can play a variety of positions and do all of them equally well. That’s Lisa! A traveling loan officer who covers an area ranging from Vancouver, WA to Meridian, Idaho, she specializes in pretty much every type of loan imaginable. From VA to investment properties and FHA, USDA and everything in-between, Lisa is also a manufactured home refinance guru and helps custom builders too. Her two greatest talents are problem solving and communication. She can often be found texting her clients to make sure they’re on track with paperwork or finding an obscure answer to ensure a loan closes on time. She was a top producer for Sterling Bank and was recently named a top producer for Umpqua for units, volume and construction.

Outside the office, Lisa’s two biggest passions are dogs and family. The Ellards raise Guide Dogs for the Blind. There’s no better feeling than training a dog and then seeing all that hard work pay off by giving someone a new lease on life. When they’re not working with dogs, Lisa, her husband and two children enjoy traveling to Europe and other locales to explore new cultures, traditions and foods.
