Charles grew up studying agriculture, earning a certificate from the Western Agricultural Credit School at Washington State. With more than three decades of banking experience, his specialty is working with dairies, dry land farmers and orchards. Over the years, Charles has received numerous awards including once being named the top producer of the year and earning a free trip to Maui.
An active member of the community, Charles was elected to the Kiona-Benton School District board where he served for 12 years and has worked on the planning commission for Benton City. In his free time, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including camping, kayaking and white-water rafting.
