Debra Finkelnburg is a Middle Market Relationship Manager with more than 35 years of industry experience. She is based in Portland and supports clients across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Her portfolio includes nonprofits and family-owned companies, often multigenerational. Her collaborative and passionate approach has improved outcomes for her clients. She works closely with clients on credit, equipment loans, real estate financing, international services, treasury management services, capital leasing and merchant services. She also has professional experience working as a commercial construction lender, which has proven valuable when supporting clients with facility expansion projects.
Debra is passionate about banking and supporting business owner’s successes.
She is a longtime volunteer for the HBA Foundation, which facilitates housing for homeless families, domestic violence survivors, veterans, and at-risk youth. She has also volunteered numerous times with the AGC Cup Northwest, an annual regional financial case study competition amongst regional universities and colleges.
