J.T. Horner’s career has centralized around multifamily and commercial real estate lending for nearly two decades, after starting with the Bank in 2002. He has served as the Multifamily Lending Division's Regional Director for Oregon/SW Washington since 2017 and originating loans for the program since 2010. During this time, he has financed hundreds of apartment buildings throughout the Northwest. Focused on securing the most appropriate financing to suite each of his client's needs, J.T. has directly originated over $1 billion in loan volume during his career in commercial real estate.
J.T. believes in building strong communities and the importance of affordable housing's role in creating those communities. The Portland State graduate is active in the multifamily industry and is a past member of the Commercial Committee for the Oregon Mortgage Lenders Association. When he's not working, he enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
