My Umpqua branch is being closed; why?

As conditions change, we sometimes need to consolidate stores to optimize our footprint. We know this can be an inconvenience, but we have a number of online and mobile banking options to help our customers bank from anywhere. Please reach out to your banker or business relationship manager if you have any questions. We are excited to continue to meet all of your banking needs, now and in the future.

Will there be any changes to my accounts?

Your accounts and how they are managed will not be impacted or changed in any way. 

Can I deposit checks online?

Umpqua’s Online Mobile Banking app offers a secure, reliable, and efficient way to deposit checks using the camera on a phone or tablet.

Daily limit: $5,000
Per check limit: $5,000
Max number of checks per day: 10
Dollar limit per five business days: $10,000
Max number of checks per five business days: 50

Business Banking
Daily limit: $50,000
Per check limit: $50,000
Max number of checks per day: 20
Dollar limit per five business days: $100,000
Max number of checks per five business days: 100

How can my employees cash their checks?

Payroll funds can be deposited automatically into your employee’s bank account at no cost to them via ACH Direct Deposit. Please contact your Banker or Business Relationship Manager if you would like to explore Direct Deposit opportunities.
