Greg Young believes homeownership can help solve many of the major problems facing America today. From homelessness to mental health issues, owning a home can create the stable environment necessary to help heal our communities. The longtime California resident strives to ‘Give Back, Impact and Empower’ others to achieve this dream. Specializing in first time homebuyers and minority and low-income borrowers, Greg works with clients to demystify many of the barriers and obstacles perceived to prevent clients from obtaining loans. His team builds strong relationships with non-profits and minority realtor associations to ensure clients receive all the support they need to become future homeowners.
Outside the office, Greg enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and attending his kids’ soccer and football games. A devout Los Angeles Rams fan, he’s still basking in the glow of the 2022 title. An active member of the community, Greg currently serves on numerous boards including the Portland Housing Center, Bay Area Development Company, Boys and Girls Clubs of Contra Costa County, Diablo Valley College Foundation and Astia Advisors among others.
