Limited to 3 lock-in options active at any time. Lock-in requests have a fixed monthly payment amount of principal and interest, fully amortized for the term of each lock-in portion. Lock-in fee: $50 per request. Lock-in term: 1 to 15 years based on amount. Lock-in amount: Between $5,000 and maximum available credit line limit.

Primary residences only: Second homes, vacation homes, or rental properties do not qualify. Manufactured homes and land must be classified as real property.

Minimum monthly payment: Interest only monthly payments for 10-year draw period followed by fully amortized principal and interest payments for the 20-year repayment period; payment amount will vary as rates change. $50 minimum payment requirement. Lock-in requests have a fixed monthly payment amount of principal and interest, fully amortized for the term of each lock-in portion.

GreenStreet-approved expenses: Financing available with a minimum requirement of 51% of the total project costs are for GreenStreet approved expenses.
