For some, real estate is less of a job and more of a calling. That holds true for Brikky King. Brikky understands the importance of purchasing a first home. After all, it was the purchase of his own home in Aloha that served as a catalyst to becoming a home loan officer. He simply wanted to help more members of underrepresented communities better understand the mortgage process. The key to Brikky’s success is communication. A natural connector, Brikky connects with clients by simplifying complex subject matters into familiar analogies and by listening. His ultimate goal is to help his clients through each stage of the loan process and to help everyone find the perfect loan to suit their financial needs.
An active member of the community, Brikky has volunteered for numerous organizations over the years including Habitat For Humanity, Word is Bond, and the NW Women’s Shelter. The Portland resident recently took a renewed interest in house plants, which makes sense because his mother is a horticulturist who owns a nursery. When he’s not working, or watering his house plants, Brikky can usually be found spending time with his fiancé and 5-year-old son or working on small construction projects like the production lab he built for his fiancé’s candle making business.
