Few real estate professionals understand the importance of owning a home quite like Harwinder. Born in a small rural village in India where girls were considered a burden and home ownership was too often an unattainable dream, Harwinder spent the last decade in medicine working in radiology before switching to real estate. Her unique ability to communicate effectively—she speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu—and help explain complex loan structures has helped numerous first-time homebuyers overcome their fears and find the loan that best suits their financial needs. Harwinder often tells her clients, “No problem is too big to be solved.”
Outside of work, Harwinder enjoys nature and has recently discovered numerous hiking trails around Renton, Washington, that bring her joy. When she’s not helping clients, Harwinder is actively helping children in her native country. She has adopted three families in India and sends money back every month to make sure the families have “food on the table.” She is also supporting 77 kids in India who dropped out of middle school because their parents could not afford tuition, ensuring those 77 students will remain in school. At home, she regularly prepares meals that her temple donates to feed the homeless in the U.S. As you can probably tell, Harwinder is an amazing person who is making the world a better place.
