Randall Luft launched his career in the mortgage industry almost 30 years ago, initially in San Diego. He relocated to Sonoma County in 1992 and opened his own mortgage company, Sutter West Capital Mortgage. At Sutter West, he built an office of 50 employees, with a peak valuation of $5M. After closing Sutter West in 2010, he took a short break from the business. He re-entered the industry in 2012, joining Bank of America. After leaving Bank of America, he brought his considerable market experience and insights to Banc of California and then First Tech Federal Credit Union. He is delighted to be joining the team at Umpqua Bank, the World's Greatest Bank!
Randall is passionate about the lending industry and offering excellent customer service and communication to his clients and advice to his colleagues. He enjoys playing golf in his free time, as well as enjoying Sonoma County's winery and food scene.
