Russ understands human psychology. What motivates people. What inspires them. What makes them comfortable when purchasing property. It's the kind of in-depth understanding that comes with 28 years of experience in various leadership roles. The Washington native has been coaching and training mortgage loan officers for the last 20 years, serving as an educator and a problem solver. He's excited to get back to helping clients where his previous work won him admission into the Presidents Club in 1992, 1997 and 1998.
Outside the office, Russ is a bit of an exercise fanatic competing in Tough Mudder events and enjoying everything from hiking to weight training. An American history buff, he also enjoys salmon fishing and motorcycle trips. When not traveling, Russ enjoys coaching youth sports, most recently serving as the assistant wrestling coach at Orting Middle School. According to Bagley, sports teaches kids how to work together and improve as a team, a skill set that translates to success later in life.
