Troy Pohrman

Listening is a lost art. One that Troy Pohrman has fully mastered. The Portland native has spent nearly three decades listening to customers’ doubts and confusion about the mortgage process, working diligently to ensure they walk away with a better understanding and the perfect loan. Specializing in Construction and VA loans, Troy’s ability to listen and communicate have earned him numerous honors throughout his career. He owned the top mortgage lending company, by volume, in Oregon and was a Top 5 loan officer in the U.S. for mortgage lending volume for a major bank.

Outside the office, Troy is active in the community and works with St. Jude’s and the Children’s Cancer Association. When he’s not volunteering, you’ll likely find Troy running, working out at the gym or traveling the world with his wife and three beautiful children.
