Over the last 13 years, Jim has worked his way up from bank teller to vice president at Umpqua Bank. Having worked across retail, business banking, and private banking channels, Jim brings a uniquely holistic perspective to each client interaction. Never afraid of a challenge, Jim leverages his expertise, creativity, and a network of partnerships to assist his clients in achieving their financial goals. A native Oregonian and UO alum, Jim specializes in working with entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals on their unique credit and deposit needs.
Jim has a Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Portland and is currently working through a masters-level program at the Pacific Coast Banking School, which he will complete in 2023. When not engaging with clients or hitting the books, you’ll find Jim in the kitchen or at the grill cooking a meal for friends and family, or out exploring the wonders of the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two daughters.
