Carl is a construction lending specialist who is passionate about helping his clients build their dream home from the ground up. His 28 years in the industry have given him a deep understanding of custom-construction lending, allowing him to handle the complexity of these loans with ease. His knowledge and skill have earned him numerous industry accolades, including a Construction Elite 2014-2021, Leaders Club 2017-2021, and Construction Loan Officer of the Year for 2019 & 2021.

Carl recently completed a major renovation/addition to his own home. He says that the project allows him to relate to the excitement, stress, and decision-making that his clients experience throughout the process. When he’s not helping others build their dream homes, you can find him on his bike, enjoying the great outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
