Our combined bank will continue to operate as Umpqua Bank and our private banking, financial services and trust services functions will operate under the brand of Columbia Wealth Management.
Beginning March 20, our private banking functions will be offered under the Columbia Wealth Management brand and will operate as Columbia Private Bank, a division of Umpqua Bank. Merging our private bank into Columbia’s existing wealth management program provides you with access to a comprehensive suite of financial planning, investment, insurance and trust solutions. As a division of Umpqua Bank, you can continue to use all Umpqua Bank branches and services as you always have. Your accounts and services remain the same and will continue without interruption.
You will continue to enjoy working with the same bankers you have built strong relationships with. As part of the Columbia Wealth Management family, your banker will have access to additional expertise and tools to help you achieve your financial goals. Additionally, you will begin receiving emails from your banker with their new @columbiaprivatebank.com email address. Rest assured; any emails you send to your banker’s @umpquabank.com email address will beautomatically forwarded to their new address so they will not miss a communication from you.
There will be no disruption in the services and systems you use today.
You will begin to see the Columbia Wealth Management and Columbia Private Bank logos appear on our website and on other materials in the coming months. Though some of the branding changes will begin to take effect, we do not anticipate significant changes to your accounts and services. You should continue to do your banking at any Umpqua Bank location or through the Umpqua online banking system and mobile app.
