Jeffrey Pineda has more than 15 years of banking and commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Umpqua Bank, he served as vice president and senior loan officer for the commercial mortgage division at Union Bank originating multi-family and commercial real estate loans for their Northern California office. Prior to that, he was vice president for United Commercial Bank in San Francisco.
Outside the office, Jeffrey enjoys road biking, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family. Active in his community, he is a member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association and the Bay Area Mortgage Association. He holds a California real estate sales license and received his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
