James Costello

James likes to put himself in his customers’ shoes to figure out their financial situation and find the perfect loan. The 24-year banking veteran specializes in numerous loan programs to help clients purchase the home of their dreams. These include down-payment assistance and government loan programs such as VA, FHA, USDA, WSHFC and IHFA. He services Coeur d’Alene, Rathdrum, Plummer and Moscow, Idaho as well as Pullman and Colfax, Washington.

When he’s not working, James enjoys volunteering and serving his community as a volunteer and financial supporter of several charitable organizations. He also likes watching his kids play sports and relaxing in Northern Idaho, where he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and boating.
