Since 2003, Dulcie has been putting clients first. She will help you discover how simple it is to finance a home. She treats each person as a unique individual and understands that everyone’s financial situation is different. Her goal is to make your loan experience smooth and hassle free. Dulcie is an expert in the full range of home loans including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and construction. She works with a wide range of borrowers, from First-Time Homebuyers to Move-up Buyers, refinancing, post-divorcees, retirees, and investors. Dulcie gives her full attention when working with her clients. She will also provide you with on-going support during and after the loan has closed. Dulcie has been nominated by her clients to Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Mortgage Professional Award for six consecutive years.

She is a member of the Rotary Club of Seattle, the 4th oldest and one of the largest Rotary club in the world. On a personal note, Dulcie enjoys traveling and would like to go to Easter Island one day.
