Flor Chavez

Flor is a resident of Salem, Oregon, where she has lived since 1996. She graduated from North Salem High School and attended Chemeketa Community College.She takes price in being bilingual in English and Spanish, which enables her to assist a multicultural community and understand their needs. Her clients appreciate her accessibility, empathy, and transparency. Flor believes that homeownership is one of the greatest investments and goals in life. Outside of work, Flor enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her spouse of 25 years, four children, and one granddaughter. In her spare time, she engages in activities such as camping, walking, and watching movies. Additionally, Flor has been actively involved in volunteer work for the Seventh Day Adventist church in Salem since 2000, holding various positions from kindergarten teacher to Women’s Ministry Director.
