Irene believes it’s important to diversify. Rather than specialize in a specific type of loan, the eight-year industry veteran is fluent in everything from VA, FHA and USDA loans to Umpqua’s construction and rehab loans. Her ability to communicate openly with clients, solve qualifying issues and provide expert guidance every step of the way has won her praise from clients and colleagues alike.

Irene loves the great outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing and kayaking with friends and family. Whether she’s taking a boat ride on the river to enjoy the natural scenery or going crabbing to catch dinner, a good day for Irene is one spent outside with those she loves.
