Marc D'Andrea

Marc D’Andrea believes in the power of relationships. Building strong relationships, getting to know and understand his clients’ financial needs, is one of his strengths and key to determining the best loan for any project. The Coeur d’Alene resident has spent more than two decades in real estate. As a result of his tenure, Marc is expert in a variety of loan products including Conventional, VA, and Jumbo loans. Working in the diverse market of Northern Idaho, Marc’s ability to exceed clients’ expectations has resulted in numerous awards. Most recently, he received the CB Difference Maker Award from his peers, recognizing his unique ability to go above and beyond in providing excellent service to clients.

Outside the office, Marc leads an active life. One of his biggest passions is travel. The San Diego native is partial to warm weather and tries to schedule trips to tropical locales whenever possible. When he’s not traveling, you’ll likely find Marc engaging in the world of sports. An athlete at heart, Marc enjoys cycling, golfing, hiking, and rarely passes on the opportunity to take in a baseball game.
