Sara Hembree

Sara Hembree was practically born into the mortgage industry. Her mom served as a loan officer for 35 years and Sara started working for a mortgage company in college, walking in her mother’s lending footsteps. The longtime WA resident specializes in a variety of loan types, expertly guiding clients through complex loan requirements. Sara’s biggest asset is her experience, problem solving for buyers that don’t always fit perfectly into tidy financial boxes. Throughout her career, Sara has been a top closing processor gaining the trust of her clients.

In her spare time, Sara and her husband drive their two boys to a seemingly endless number of sporting events. During the offseason, the family enjoys exploring and camping across the Pacific Northwest. An active member of the community, Sara volunteers at the Anacortes Family Center, an emergency shelter for local families, and teaches Rent Ready classes helping educate others about credit, budgeting and housing applications.
