Monthly pricing options:

• $25
• $22 with paperless statement enrollment
• $0 with a $25,000 minimum daily balance
• $0 with a $100,000 combined monthly balance
• $0 with an active merchant services relationship with Umpqua Bank

The combined balance is calculated by adding the current balance of all eligible accounts three business days before the end of the statement period. Eligible accounts include business checking, savings, certificate of deposits, money markets and outstanding business loans. Excludes credit cards.

Merchant service relationship must be established one month prior to receiving a monthly maintenance fee waiver. Any Marketplace Checking account associated with the same tax ID as your merchant service relationship will receive a monthly maintenance fee waiver. If the merchant service relationship is closed any time during the prior month, the monthly maintenance fee waiver will not apply.

All other fees apply.

Complimentary monthly transactions:
Your first 500 checks paid/deposited and $20,000 cash deposited/purchased per month are complimentary, with $0.35 per check and $0.20 per $100 cash after that.
