If you or your small business have been impacted due to quarantine or loss of income, we’re here for you. Umpqua is offering relief programs for impacted consumer and small business customers, including:
- Deferring loan payments for up to 90 days for individual consumer and small business loans
- Waiving all fees associated with deferred payments on existing loans and lines of credit
- Waiving all ATM fees to ensure you have access to your funds

Keeping you and our associates safe is our number one priority. We're taking every necessary precaution to combat exposure in our stores, including equipping all Umpqua locations with hand sanitizer and wipes as well as rolling out enhanced cleaning throughout our footprint, with a focus on hard surfaces and heavily trafficked areas. We’re prepared to address each store’s needs on an individual basis as the situation continues to evolve. This could mean providing extra support or temporarily closing a location for deep cleans if we suspect a customer or associate has been exposed.
